Also seeming how the poster of the content is not a paid member, wouldn't really be right for me to move it there, he wouldn't even be able to view what he spent the time making.

I wouldn't mind you copying the post and creating a new thread in the How To section, Chris.
To be honest, I was a paid member at the time (I think), but never got around to posting it in the correct section.

Mine suffers from this too, real pain when trying to get high beam off when there's a car coming the other way!

Will try the fix later today I think.

Excellent pictures and discription
followed it through and managed to get the main beam working now, better than £150 quoted for the whole unit
