Folding mirrors

When i press the knob down the mirrors dont fold in, When i open the car i can hear the motors moving but the mirrors dont, Any idears guys?

you mean twist it to fold or press towards the icon you need to twist.. can you hear anything when you twist to the icon? do your mirrors "open" if you lock the car then fold them manually -- then unlock the car?

This puzzled me for weeks when I got mine lol! But yea, twist it

Got it now lol, I thought you only had to press it down,
