any ideas how to place it on the passenger side? without drilling new holes?

The seats have brackets for the under seat storage compartment so use so rivet a metal plate on them then it will move with the seat rail and not get in the way. Or buy the storage box and put in inside the drawer

We made a bracket that slipped under the seat frame using the 2 front fixings

Do you know if this can be installed under the passenger side recaro?

The passenger Recaro does not have the height lever so it should fit as I have the cabassee radio amp under my driver seat the only problem is the side and tilt when tilted the distance the seat moves forward is reduced a bit. Clio 200 normal seats have a straight bar under but the 197 seats have a step in the bar and can be transferred I've done it.

I guess I'm not quite getting what is the fire extinguisher for is it a striped out track car to meet regulations or everyday just in case job. Because if the car goes on fire it's a right off anyway might as well let it burn as long as your not dead and out of the car what's the problem. Unless you a fireman working privately that's a big fire extinguisher BMW's factory one is a 1Kg under seat.

Most motorsport fire extinguishers that I've seen in motorsport are powder and we have had bikes catch fire racing like the famous F1 electrical problems when a piston comes out through the engine casing cutting a part of the engine loom and accidents when the fuel tank splits and starts a brief fuel fire and the powder is very corrosive to aluminium especially if you try to wash off with water and turns to rock also the extinguisher will be smaller for powder. When you use a extinguisher it needs to be the last resort to save something as it's damage can finish the job the fire started.

I don't know about the capacity of the box but the outer cover is 27cm wide by 7cm tall by about 20cm deep approx. outside dimensions.
