Drivers window won't go all of the way down

Had my drivers door handle replaced last week as the lock button wasn't working and I think something must have been put back on too tight as the window won't go all of the way back down - stops about 2 inches from the bottom. Its the first time I have had them down since getting the car back as the air-con has been great lol!

I was just wondering if anyone knows what could cause this and is it an easy fix? I can always take it back to the dealers but it means booking it in, waiting, taking it etc. CBA with the hassle if I can sort it myself!

I heard that they can need resetting sometimes and to hold up the button at the top, even though it is closed. Try it and see if it works. Or is it more of a slow to a stop sort of sticking rather than a 'I think I'm at the bottom' kind of stop? Lol!

It seems like a 'I think im at the bottom' stop. It goes down normally but then stops short. Will try the reset tonight.
