Do the Front headrests fit in the rear?

As the title suggests, I have recaros and would like to see if the front normal headrests fit in the rear so all the headrests say Renault Sport.

Can any1 trial fit there's in for me? Be much appreciated.

No this doesn't work, the front headrest cushion moves up and down rather than the railings actually coming out of the seat.
