Hi all I appear to have cornering lights but they don't seem to be functional anyone any ideas as to why is there some way of activating and deactivating them

It’s possible your car didn’t have the projector units(with cornering lights) from factory and they have been fitted afterwards. If that’s the case then your car won’t have the sensors and loom to work the cornering lights

That's right the sensors are in the car it's the steering angle sensor and cars speed but the engine loom may not have the right plugs (three needed headlight height, full and dip beam then the extra plug for the cornering light) on the end and you need the lighting computer fitted. If you want to pull the headlight and check the loom go ahead some people complain that the corning lights are a problem as people sometimes think your flashing them to pull out of junctions.
