Clio 197 Ultra Red 2007 from Finland. April, time to start driving.

Rear brakes completed

All bolts in correct torque. Little bit of ceramic paste between sliding plates and brake pads.
Pads are normal brembo from my local shop.

Front calibers waxed with Meguairs M16 mirror glaze.
I dont have any ceramic coatings in my garage this time, so wax this time.

Buffing wax off..
Nice to wax immaculate parts.

I cannot understand how is it possible that part is so rusty. Previous (first owner) was from Helsinki and Baltic sea was near. Maybe that sea salt climate can cause this?

Any suggestion for final paint ?
I was thinking maybe gloss red or gloss black miranol 1k brush paint.
Is gloss red too bright or stupid..
There is lot of different paint shades in rattle cans, but i prefer brush for thicker layer of paint.

Yesterday i washed winterbeater. This car also is ceramic coated, it was so easy no matter how deep salt panerating it had. Normal wash:

-Bilt-Hamber auto foam with foam lance / Kränzle
-10 min wait
-Kränzle pressure wash with 60 celsius water
-Wash mitt & Malco verry berry shampoo
-Drying with autofinesse aqua deluxe large towel

Absolutely zero tar or salt sports in sides.. Perfectly clean..
ps. Sorry my clean car fetish. I still cannot believe how good ceramic coating is wintertime VS wax.

I removed oil pan. Gasket was leaking.
There was nothing special in sump. Tomorrow it will be in parts washer.
