Can I use Clip with elm327?

This might be a daft question, sorry if so.
I have an elm327 obd2 plug in.
Can I use the Renault clip software with it?
Also where can I download a copy of clip that is compatible with my mk3 Clio 197?

The car is sickly at the moment, keeps going into limp mode and shows injection fault. The engine then idles rough and keeps hunting for revs around 2000-3000rpm.

Where I live there's only 8 units of a mk3 rs197 in the whole country so Im trying to DIY as much as I can. Even had to buy a door glass from 11000km away but that went very well.

Na mate, CLiP is a big ass interface unit not a communications protocol. You can buy knock off ones from China on eBay for about £80 tho.

Sounds like camshaft sensor? Do they have Renault/Dacia dealers in Malaysia, if so they should be able to do a quick diagnostic with CLiP... If not you might wanna buy your own version of CLiP and start a business
