Can a spud member change thread title?

Sorry for the title blame the iPhone. Just a quick one can just a paid member (not gold) change the thread title? I've been on to the first post and pressed thread tools but I have no edit thread option?

Go advanced then you should be able to do it.

^^ yep, hit 'edit post' then 'Go Advanced' you should be able to edit the thread title from there (same place as it is when you first start the thread)
