Bucket seat fitting in a 197

Hi all,
I'm just looking for comments of experiences when fitting bucket seats please.
I'm most likely going to be fitting runners between the sidemounts and the car but I'm just trying to figure whether I need subframes for the runners to bolt to, or if they'll directly replace the OR seat runners?
I'm wondering also how much the subframes raise the seat if they're fitted as there's so many different companies offering subtly different parts: OMP, Sparco, Oreca to name but three.

Been looking into this myself and Rentune do a seat mount that no,to direct to the standard floor positions.
