Brake fluid - which one??

Looking at doing some major brake work on my RS250 next week. Already have new discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads ready to go on. I am going to order some braided lines this weekend along with some new fluid.

Question is, how much do I need for a full fluid change - will 1 litre be enough? And which is the better of the 2 fluids to go for

Motul RBF 600 (which I ran in my R27 with the Ferodo pads - excellent)

or ATE Superblue??

RBF600 has slightly better specs, though not massively.

ATE is..... blue

I used ATE when I did the Clio with the pretence to swap back to Motul next time so I can always see I've bled them properly, but either are decent enough.

ATE is linked to clutch squeaks on the Clio. RBF660 is what I run (with DS2500 pads and Hel lines).

RBF660 as per RS site and 1.5l to be on the safe side.

don't forget to use your opie oils discount code + free pp for orders over £35 this weekend.

I wouldn't go ds2500 pads as well there crap tbh mate , they can't do 4 laps of Caldwell in my track car with out fading , I've swopped to mintex 1155 ,

Mainly for road use, but hoping to do a couple of track evenings this year. Gone for the Motul, good price on Opie and free del as per Mentalpens direction, cheers
