A torque wrench has a certain "number" of uses, before it's knocked out of tolerance, so why waste it on undoing? A massive breaker bar is not expensive (and not something that will wear and break and also useful for other botls not just wheels).
But i'm flogging a dead horse, like I said earlier you can do what you want with yours, I am talking about best practices, I have a torque wrench for torquing and breaker bar for undoing, have done for years, misuse / wrongly used tools are some of the biggest reasons they fail.
