Small update:
Had a chat with Chris this morning. Megane engine is currently being built up and my car will have running gear removed later this week. Transplant hopefully early part of next week. Aiming to collect 7th Oct. He sounds very busy which may effect that date
Working everyday in between to pay for the bloody thing which helps pass the time!

Always good to get some progress mate.
Fingers crossed for the due date. Just keep telling yourself it's going to be longer just in case. I don't think I've ever seen an engine conversion done on schedule!
Cool that you have the option of banging in the extra hours. I wouldn't mind topping up the mod fund like that if I could!

)Seriously: These specialists can't be rushed. Even if we wanted to. They are normally silly busy if good at what they do. And often there is no other choice !!
So keep working mate. Will pass the time and make the handover a bit more bearable.

Switch off to it, work hard to pass the time and it'll all be worth it.

Oh that one is covered. That's Mrs M's car fund so it's not been hammered buying another car!
She's back from America tomorrow so we can start looking at it properly. Will be a few months off though I think. We're those annoying plan everything in tiny details type people!
