Best way to remove manifold & exhaust?

Hey guys,
I'm looking for any advice on the best method when it comes to removing the exhaust manifold and exhaust, I know there are a few obstacles in the way of removing the whole exhaust system in one piece (I've heard it's a headache) but if anyone has done it before any advice would be great, thanks!

I changed the manifold last Fri night on a 2 post car lift could be done on the ground with high lift jacks the sub frame needs removed very heavy with the steering rack and antiroll bar and lower arms still attached, and great care disconnecting the steering so it is not turned while disconnected or the steering angle sensor will be wrong or the airbag clock spring damaged.
