Guys, just for reference, dont scrimp on getting the belts done on your F4Rs by anyone other than a proper specialist.
Incorrect timing can quite easily lose you 30bhp. Get it done by someone with the correct locking tools, & experience of the engine, ie Danny@519, TDF, Fred@BTM, hell even ktec.
Dont get it done by some cheap garage that in 99% of cases, will bugger it up ...
