Air vent removal

hi guys,I’ve got a rattling coming from somewhere behind passenger side air vent.
Do they just pull out with help of screwdriver maybe? any pointers would be much appreciated or any ideas as to what else could rattle behind vent or above glovebox?

Air vents just prise forward. Flat bladed screwdriver or trim removal tool will be sufficient
