hi i have had a small :001_unsure: scrape on a petrol station does this mean that they can still claim from my insurance as it was not on the public highway? please need all your help as don't need any issues with my insurance

Yeah I spoke to her and said that I would pay for any damage. She said she didn't notice cause she wasn't paying attention didn't even notice til half a dozen "witnesses" felt the need to run over and tell her how to handle the situation :argue:
