Is the a way to unlock the ecu myself or will I have to take it to manufacturer? It's the Stepway model

Hi all, Can someone advise, I have a Sandero Stepway 2016. Tyre burst, hit pavement and municipal box. Steering airbag was deployed. Car won't start afterwards. Sent to mechanic, says there's no spark, and he says no fuel being supplied to engine... I don't know what could be the problem?
