I've only ever been to Donington as a passenger and it seems like quite a fast track so didn't fancy taking the Clio there! Are they still good fun around there?

yeah I'll be selling the wheels separately and maybe some random bits like the strut brace, wheel bolts etc. Stuff that can easily come off the car and parts which I still have the originals off

It didn't make a huge difference. The car feels more rigid under braking (in a positive way) but I'm not sure if this is just some kind of placebo effect! Looks pretty though hahah

So I went out for a drive with @DS197 over the weekend along with a friend of mine in a 1.0 EcoBoost Fiesta - remapped to around 167bhp. Was a good drive, only 2-3 hours in the Peak District and I loved driving the Clio other than the constant rubbing of the wheels on the wheel arch liners...

I used to have this issue but solved it! This one is definitely an interior noise. Either way I’m happy the rear seatbelts are out now!

So I removed the rear seatbelts today - not a bad job to be honest other than the sharp plastics slicing my hands. Despite me thinking the belts were the cause of the rattling noise, the rattle is still there, so I think I'm going to remove the strut brace and see if it's somehow that. I hate...

Small update: I've been trying to find an annoying rattling noise that I am sure is coming from somewhere in the rear interior. I took off the boot plastics which cover the wiper motor but it's not coming from there, so I've been trying to take off the plastics surrounding the rear seatbelts...

@Ocsltd thanks! I was going to cut a hole in the sunstrip today for the rain and light sensor but decided not to as I wouldn't have done a neat job. Also took my boot plastics off to try and find an annoying rattle but I think it may be coming from the rear seatbelts behind the plastics...

Thanks guys! @Beany Always loved the look of the Recaro but couldn't justify the expense, especially when the standard seats hold you in so well even on track and sit nice and low! But yes would look much nicer with Recaro or other buckets. Maybe one to add to the never ending list haha @Onrus...
