Looking at your tips, I would say no.

I have a Quaife fitted and never looked back. On the track it allows much earlier acceleration in the corner, and i haven't noted any affects on turn in. The only thing to look out for when driving on the road is potholes. It seems to pull you into the pothole if you hit one!

Hey @Flacsi - Would you mind showing a couple of photos of how you moved the battery - particularly the connections in the engine bay, and how you moved the fuse / relay boxes? Thanks! Tom

I should also say that in order to get the car low enough, we have taken the spacers off so that the tyre fits under the arch. So i have a set of 4 20mm hubcentric spacers about to go in the for sale section. less than 2 weeks old and driven maybe 50 miles. lol

Keeping it quiet from the missus!! Hopefully all all worth while, will find out on Wednesday when I go for the setup. I'm really hoping the new suspensions links have sorted the clicking on full lock too - if not will have to try the swivel bearings next and failing that a new rack :-(

Thanks mate, and cheers for the pointer! Seems obvious now! It's pretty much on max camber at the mo, but that's not where it will end up once the geo is done.

Oh well, never mind - they look pretty much the same to me and they're only track wheels. I'm not going to get hung up on what the name of my wheels are. Thanks for your interest though :-)

How come mate? My thoughts, wider track = less weight transfer on cornering? Interested to hear your thoughts?
