The clips definitely arent broken, damaged or mishappened maybe?

Hope the pictures highlight what im asking, although its worse when actually viewed! has anyone got any tips to stop the bumper from keep on popping out of alignment? ive had the bumper off but its still being stubborn and popping out again - very annoying. Cant see any damage to the clip...
