Has anyone on this forum done the anything in the 750mc? I'm looking to get my ards next year, and I have a Clio that's been sat gathering dust for the past 5 years.

So I'm pretty sure my top mounts are on their way out. I have bilstein coilovers that I plan to change at some point for some AST's or madeno bilsteins. So which top mounts should I go for, the AST, or are there any cheaper ones? I've seen a few people have custom ones from 'Simo'? Can I still...

Have the ktec. If I had to chose again, I'd stick with the original.

I paid £1100 from rstuning, was the cheapest I found online for new at the time. Was definitely worth it though, no buyers remorse (I did honestly think I would regret a little bit spending over a grand for an exhaust for a Clio!). You could get a second hand one if you're prepared to wait for...

Freindly mot tester. I do plan to get a sports cat cut in at some point though or go back to the standard manifold, I think without a catalyst you lose some torque but gain some top-end power (not entirely sure though so don't take my word for it!). Emissions light never came on either which is...

I totally agree, although glad it's not just me that finds the akra a bit quiet during normal driving! I have a @Flacsi carbon airbox, ktec manifold and an akrapovic evo. Sounds great high in the revs, but just starting the engine, you probably wouldn't realise it has all this. No droning...

Had this same problem a year ago (http://www.clio197.net/threads/abs-problems.51480/). The abs bracket wears down the excitor ring on the disc. Did you manage to buy just the bracket or did you have to get the whole stub axle?

Got the positives from the fusebox, just looking for an earthing point. Pretty sure there must be something near the fusebox for that to earth onto. Cheers

It's pretty similar to what I already have. I've just realised how dumb I was being, the symbol for the cigarette lighter fuse is a burning cigarette, I didn't make the connection (no pun!) for some reason, derrp. Thanks! I'll try that. Last (dumb) question, is there a bolt close to the fuse...

I'm trying to wire up a blackvue power Pro by the way. It has two cables, one requiring an always on supply (to record whilst the car is parked) and one that is switched on with the engine for normal recording. And an earth of course...

Thanks. I've routed all the cables to the glovebox - to find the fusebox under the steering wheel. Doh! What fuses did you piggyback? I have a blackvue dr650s that needs one switched (on when the engine is on) and one always on I think. Cheers!

As title. Has anybody hard wired a dash cam, and how did you do it? Which fuses did you piggyback and where did you route the wires?

I am done dealing with ktec tbh. They don't reply to my emails anymore anyway. Plus I plan to go back to the original manifold so I still have a catalyst when I fit an akrapovic. They are not bad manifolds, but ktec soured it a bit for me. Plus it wasn't the first (or second) time they've messed...

The flexi on my ktec Mani has already started to come apart (installed nearly a year ago), I think it's a little too exposed to road dirt from where it is positioned.

Also one thing to check is the handbrake cable, I changed this on mine, cost less than £20 for the cable and I think they are a common thing to go wrong
