Anybody else get water leaking out the bottom of the door when opened, it leaks near the hinge side doesn't even have to of rained?

I have a 200 cup with crappy rear seats with no head rests, will seats from a 197 f1 fit? As looking at the difference the ones in mine are 1 piece top and bottom and the others are 2 piece?
