Thanks for all the comments guys, appreciate all the concern, cars back to normal now minus the wind deflectors anyhow, just looking on the bright side it could of been a lot worse :biggrin:
yeah that's what I've been thinking, just hope they don't come back to try and pick other things off my car, been thinking of installing a fake cctv camera pointing at my car, or parking it elsewhere for a week or two just invade they come back
Yeah they broke them off the metal clips was still there in the morning, my guess is they just pulled the hardest they could to yank them off, was obviously for someone's Clio...as my fathers wind deflectors on his civic type-s where left untouched
I got exactly the same problem as you e described started happening about 2 months ago haven't bothered me that much as only heard it when reverse parking occasionally...will probably get it sorted when I'm due my next major service including the belt yippeeee not...:thumbdown:
just had my clio into my local detailer for a full paint enhancement + cosmic glass coating......+ all 4 of my wheels refurbished....also my mate just picked up his new audi s1 from the dealers today so decided to have a few pictures ;/

Can confirm I was having the same issue for two months and it was the clutch slave cylinder...going to pick my car up from Bristol in a hour or two as that's what was causing the fault so I'm told
Womble I live in wales, I did book it in at a local independent garage for them to do the fluids and bleed the system and they didn't bother because they thought it was something gone internal, I might just go back there though and insist on them doing it, even if they think it's not going to...
Still isn't sorted booked the car into a garage to get the clutch and brakes bleed, and they give my car back without the work done to it because they think it's either the pressure plate in the clutch or the gearbox.... Then I can't claim on the warrentir because they want an exact figure on...
