    Would you be concerned

Why would this ever be a worry? You went to see the car, you checked over it, everything checked out, you bought it and you are happy with it. If the previous owner had it for 1 day, what difference does it make? Ive often sold a car after a couple of weeks, didn't mean there was...

I was thinking that but didnt think such a mistage could have ever been made in the factory  Would I be right in thinking that any tuner worth his weight would spot this while mapping?

Problem: 197 a little bit 'laggy'

Re: o2 sensors, main dealer part only then you think? My car has 44k or so now and I have nothing to back up that they have ever been changed. Do you know off hand what plugs they take? Yeah, thats what I done the first time to conclude that the downstream sensor was gone. The voltage...

Problem: 197 a little bit 'laggy'

Hi guys. Over the last few months I have felt that my 197 isn't quite as quick as it sould be. My downstream O2 sensor failed when I first had the car so I replaced it with a Bosch universal sensor. The 'check emissions' warning has come on again and a diagnostics unit pointed the the O2...

    What wheels are these?

Bought these wheels. I'll fit them on the car tomorrow and take a few pics and see what you guys think. I'm still a bit undecided. Also, they weigh over 20kgs a corner with the tyre fitted. Thanks again Paul.

It never ends with this car

I've had a lot of teething problems in the 3 months that I've had mine. Then, low and behold, the EML came on this morning along with the 'check emissions' warning. I've already replaced one of the o2 sensors! I'm getting a bit of a pain in my hole at this stage to be honest...

    Next car.....????

After all this time, would you not try just replace the rack and all related parts yourself and just be done with it? Surely that's a guaranteed fix?
