Was bored at the weekend so took the lid off and what a laugh - sounded great and not just through tunnels. I noticed a big drop in power though - I could literally see the speedo and rpm needle moving slower around the clocks than normal so have put the lid back on after about 4 days off. And...

Mine went in December, literally overnight, day before the gearbox was fine but got up for work next day and it was like someone replaced it while I was asleep. The dealer replaced it without any issue. I don't think I'll be keeping this car once the warranty runs out though, which is shame but...

Took the clio into the garage this morning to have the gearbox looked at. Got a call an hour ago and Renault have approved a new gearbox on warrenty, just like that - absolute result as I was expecting the usual excuses and bracing myself for a fight judging by experiences from people on here...

Mine does this too but I think it's normal as I remember this happening on other cars I've owned.

Looks like I'll be needing a new gearbox coz this morning everytime I selected 4th gear the crunch was sickening. Happens with clutch fully depressed and at any road speed and doing slow and fast shifts. Plus about three weeks ago to present it has been really hard to select 1st gear. I guess...

I get the same noise as vid 2, sort of a rattle when changing gear any where after about 6500rpm. Almost feels like its coming from the clutch. My 200 has done about 12,000 miles and a few track days now and its been there since new but just never get round to giving it to the dealer. Clutch...

Out of interest will you have an on/off switch for the SC similar to the Novidem in the 350z, as I guess running the SC 247 will eat alot more fuel than standard?

I'm also from Aylesbury and bought my 200 from Perry's. They tried to charge me to sort out the tracking and I just laughed as the car was only two months old. They did FOC but it's still not right. Got to go back in as my driver mirror glass is really wobbly and has been from new. Give Bucks...
