Clio looks with Skoda reliability would be nice :) Every forum has members who can't see past their own car brand/ model - well until they change cars that is :)

Yeah - that's the engine problem i know about which is why i wanted a skoda warranty - they replace the engines now if you keep complaining about oil consumption as they revised the bottom ends Don't do many miles (80 a week) so i guess if it uses a litre every 2-3k then i needen't worry

Had a 2004 VRS a few years ago - got it remapped at Jabbasport and it was running around 165bhp and 330lb/ft - still gave 50mpg :proud: Like the Clio as it's a smart looking car, guess if it had another years warranty left then i'd keep it longer

Well after looking for a replacement and trying to get a desent price for the Clio i've just done a deal tonight so either this weekend or the next i'll be a non Renault owner again. I've enjoyed the Clio for the past 4 months but as the warranty has now expired i'm worried about the big bills...

Can you show some before and after pics as mine are faded so need something doing - put shoe polish on them which helped a little :)
