What kinda material where they made of?

Think that's because the IAT sensor is mounted on the intake manifold and that being from such a material that it is it gets really hot when the engine is warm. If it was mounted on the intake piping the value would be lower like on other cars.

If you zoom in you can see the rear inner tyre is almost fully airborne :001_tt1: I really don't like the car's handling now -> with Bridgestone Potezna tyres (especially the rear end -> been playing with the tyre pressure but just can't get them to work as good as the Conti's did) but 3-4k km...

Have you dynoed it before/after? Can't help it to think that "a bit better after 5k rpm" is something like with the catbacks when many wrote "it breathes lighter and goes better at high rpm" but when they did a dyno run before/after they actually lost 5-6bhp and some torque :001_unsure: Imho...

Many cars do have a step in the t/b to aid the venturi effect and not only in the t/b btw. Because of this low-rpm/low-speed pick-up and power is better. I'd say by removing the step you loose some low-rpm engine response and power and that's where the Clio needs it. Tbh if you feel any gains...
