Bilstein , if you want a bit harder Bilstein - H&R , it is basically bilstein dampers with a bit of a harder valving shocks and stiffer H&R springs .

Any idea what is the difference between the HR one and the Bilstein , as the shockabsorbers are the same .... ?

How a 197 should be driven ! The Brake disks are Red Spec Gr.N and the brake pads are CL for R3Maxi , depending on the way the car is driven , they last from couple of hundred km to .... 1-2000 ....

I have a R5 with a Sadev Dogbox , and it is driven as a daily driver , 30-40 000 km and the box is fine. Opened it recently and it is like brand new. Also have a Sadev sequiential on the 197 . It is even stronger. The R5 is also with a 2.0 engine , 300' cams ... it idles like **** .... never...
