Took my 197 in for its first service on Thursday of last week. On checking the bill this morning I noticed they had put 10 W40 oil in instead ot 5 W40!! Rang and spoke to the Service Manager and he confirmed they had made a mistake and will replace with correct oil if I would like to take...
