    Spacers

Sold it on a few years ago, but if you google the reg ***cringe alert*** V6 6EXY you will find her. Think the next owner added lots of yellow. Like exhaust hangers (to an exhaust I developed with K Tec whom I bought the car from) and did god awful pressed black plates etc.

    Spacers

I ran extended bolts on hub centric on a Clio V6, KW V3's and OZ Ultraleggra track wheels - slight scrub but that was ride height - nothing else.

Recaro trim swappable between passenger and drivers seats ?

Anyone else find these super difficult to "clip" onto the frame of the seat? its like window glazing rubber sills but mine always seem to pop off, event brand new warranty covers from Renault did years ago on the R27 F1 seats.

Sticky handbrake or calliper (drivers rear)

Update & fix Too the top half o the caliper off using the guide on here. Was easy enough but after owning a BEC Kit Car for 4 years and numerous other cars with basic DIY projects, I never knew I did not have a 15mm spanner lol. Luckily my 370z wasn't pinned in so a quick trip to Halfords was...

Sticky handbrake or calliper (drivers rear)

Which spring Steve? My old garage added a spring as from the factory they do not have one (but the caliper does have the hooks and mounting points for one) However, this spring and the pad are not in contact with one another.

Sticky handbrake or calliper (drivers rear)

2007 R27. Went a bit sticky in cold temps a few years back. Parked in gear ever since. A garage kindly put a spring on the calliper to help it return. Mrs drove car a few weekend back and cranked on the handbrake and the bugger stuck on an required some heat to build up whilst driving to...

    ANOTHER Centre Box Removal Question.

But if you want to reverse out the job at some point, you will need to get the original mid box welded or a shroud to connect it. You could not simply clamp it back in as there is no excess material or sleeved joint to play with. So if you exect it may get returned to standard, then you might...

    Locking wheel nut key nightmare....

Oh no doubt they were gunned on. I took a closer look at the servicing/mechnics section fo the garage and they appear to do LCV's too. Many small 3 tonne vans etc have alrge wheel bolts and various fittings that require big bou levels of torque. Suspect they used way too much as a result...

Will this fit my 2009 197..?

Yes it will physically fit, but you might want to pop out your existing stereo and see if the rear ISO blocks are similar. The 197 normally has a stereo called "Update list" (bottom right hand corner) and these are MP3 (from a disc) CD and FM. They also have an Aux in on the back allowing for...

iPod aux "green" cable with parrot

I can confirm that the parrot does not use the Aux function either in regards of the spare "block" on the back of the "update list" head unit or the aux function which can be enabled by pressing the music note symble, then scrolling down to "aux" followed by on. I might remove the LW and MW...

    Locking wheel nut key nightmare....

I have had enough fo trying to deal with it myself. I run a huge risk of damaging wheel and locking nuts further. The wheel shops today both spent a good half horu each with various guns and wrenches, they just wont budge. The key is becoming very battered and slips off too easily now. Hopefully...

    Locking wheel nut key nightmare....

Ca is now booked into Renault Weybridge who have ordered a new key and said they can also look at brilling, tapping or "easy out" the bolt if need be. My local Tyre guy was in histerics with his airgun in reverse trying to undo them. Just wont budge and were only put on 3 weeks ago! Tried two...

    Locking wheel nut key nightmare....

Some good news I guess. Firstly Renault can order a new key - just need to give them my code from the service book (sticker in the inside of he book with an "F" code) The garage I bought it from have agreed to pay up to £200 towards the issue. So gong to a local alloy wheel company who can...
