New member, doing some research

If I'm honest, It was between a 197 or R26, after driving a couple of examples of both I preferred the 197. I find N/A engines more enjoyable to drive on the road, having owned a few 300-400hp turbo cars I always seem to go back to N/A stuff.
Maybe I will get bored of getting overtaken on the straights on track days and think about increasing the power, but so far I've always found it pretty fun trying to keep up with more powerful machinery.
Saying that, I've yet to do a proper 'GP' style track with long straights so I expect when I get around to doing one I'll be on the hunt for more power haha.

Did you go see that one you described yesterday? It sounded perfect to me.

How do you find the back end with the rear anti roll bar?

I can't really comment if I'm honest. I've not driven it on track yet, and I can't really compare it to a standard car as I have no idea what they feel like bar a quick test drive in one. The handling I've found very neutral from road driving, but due to the weather the last few days I couldn't give a proper perspective of it.
I love the fact you can use it as an everyday car, then when you want to start pushing on it is able to do it with no fuss.

Sounds like you’re itching towards the N/A route, which even though you’re working harder to get the performance from the car, it’s a such a buzz when you’re on the limit!

And there’s nothing to say that in the future, if you’re missing the straight line power, there’s always the option (slightly more expensive option!) of sticking a R26 engine in it!
