Thanks. I’m getting there slowly.

Was going to go down the route of meg conversion but sold that not to Tom on here.

After going out with him on Sunday iv decided to stick with mine for now and just get a gripper diff fitted and a different final drive.

So in the next few weeks il get all the belts done, New clutch and get the box sorted.

While Iv had it up on the ramp Iv noticed a slight leak from the sump gasket so il get a new one on before I put the front subframe on.

Hopefully get out next month to see how it is ready for spa in April.

Replaced the sump gasket and aqua blasted it refitted that and new oil filter.

Will be finishing off the interior next week then it will be off for geo set up etc

Didn’t manage to get any pics really. I think I have some of the cambelt swap on my camera so will have to look

Looks good mate. Restoration as a hobby or job??

Hobby but if it makes me enough money maybe full time in the future doing it with my mate as he owns a body shop (the bloke who’s done all my painting)

Restored lots of high end cars for other people over the years.from Aston Martin's, e types, Porsches and Ferrari's.
Never anything for myself. I guess having children makes up for it..

This is what I’m currently working on 45c5043bf970359bac4835a2238f9752.jpgb34e9e919184d44c0b56156c12fc5ad0.jpg6552c2472e1531f6e6c3a9796c1e9573.jpg858b0336443b07e1ff36f6f3f2b3a586.jpg

The car hasn’t seen the road in over 30 years! With a little tic and some new fuel plugs and battery we got it running this week

Interior stripped ready to be cleaned and new front clip on order but parts don’t come cheap

Next week il be rebuilding the twin su fuel pump
