Benno's UR197 & Meg 250

Cheers. No plans to upgrade to coilovers. I'm not sure I would get much benefit from adjustable suspension as I don't really have the knowledge to set it up. I'm not really fast enough on track that I think it'd make enough difference. I might change my mind in the future though.
Hope you feel better soon John.

Having given my lowered grams springs and cup shocks setup a full workout on track recently I’m in no rush now to get B14’s. My setup worked brilliantly so sticking with it long term. Don’t think the expense of b14’s is worth the negligible improvement imo

If I was to get coilovers I’d be looking at fully adjustable which is mad money!
Just my opinion!!

Looking good Benno, I like the before and after photos too, especially when there's been a decent amount of change! I don't bother with mine as it would be like spot the difference :tearsofjoy: of which there would be very little!

Well worth shopping round for the cambelt work, as I found a massive difference in quote prices, some were astronomical!

Seems much like my experience with my Cooksport springs & Cup shocks Ben. Only worthwhile getting something like ASTs & then I would be into the realms of working out the best setup. Happy enough with my current package.

Glad it's not just me getting random figures from every person I ask!

Not as much aesthetic changes as I would like, but it's certainly come further than I thought!

As usual, a few inches of snow has led to the UK grinding to a halt...safe to say I'm not moving anywhere on Yokos today!

Fingers crossed it keeps going later this afternoon, would be great to have a nice lie in with no work tomorrow morning!

I did finally plan to get the Auto Finesse kit on the go, so those plans are scuppered for today..will have to be a late evening in the week to get it a bit cleaner than it has been!

Had a few little deliveries, cambelt kit is in the boot of the car, getting quotes at the moment, most probably will be the first week of January now, but will be good to put my mind at rest having it all done.

Here's another little one....

Car still looks awesome, even if it is hidden under that snow  love those wheels!

Ain't no slowing down those FedEx boys!! They still rush around like their arse is on fire, even if there's 6 inches of snow on the roads

Glad your AF gear arrived. Stickers will make the car go faster as well:thumb:
Be interested to hear what labour cost your quoted on the cambelt change

Thanks Jimmy! They were supposed to be coming off for the winter....but I love them too much still to take them off...!!

I saw the police car going up the road and did wonder if some white van man ditched it!

Hopefully will have a phone call on Monday from my preferred garage...they mainly deal with commercial stuff and do a lot of work on our coaches, however they're branching out into cars and chances are, I may get a favourable price. Showed them Ktec's service schedule pricing and he's taken it to the main man upstairs to see if we could come to some sort of cash arrangement..

Is it bad that I was really happy when I opened the box to a free air freshener?

I've gone for interior gold ones so that they're a little more subtle! Will see what one looks like...can't decide where it's going to go yet..

Cheers Kev, still haven't had a chance to get over to the body shop, I will soon! Then we can get it detailed!:tearsofjoy:

Cheers Pav, was nice to get it! Still a little disappointed with their customer service, however good their products are..

Yeah, dephaser pulley is starting to squeal so would like it doing ASAP really...would have liked to have had it done before this weekend, but couldn't be done. I have breakdown cover...:tearsofjoy:

Haven't 100% decided on sticker location, possibly a corner of the rear windscreen..
