Sold the Meglio Cup Car... Now project 205...

Cheap fuel system

Modded pump, megane 110lph pump and filter bypass. Will run inline filter

Fuel rail with return added, webcon alpha external fpr

Fuel return to be added to top of fuel pump sender, will run internal pipe back to swirl pot.

This utilises the already adequate swirl pot and saves a lot of money too!

Fuel gravity feed into the pot, up through the valve in the bottom.

No lift pumps, no noisy internal fuel pumps, no need for internal lines.

I think a fairly good mod for lower powered meg conversions as well, just have to look at the number of piston failures which are related to the non return system.

Really good this. Something I'm considering doing over winter with a 225 and use the gripper TL4 box I have.. good to see you doing it all your self!

I sold my gripper box for the conversion, and thought I'd really miss it, have to be honest really pleasantly surprised by the r26 box! Even with ditch finders on the r26 it was not wanting for more lsd wise. It's going to be the wet that won't be as good

whats the time scale of this built?..looks like you are progressing well..
Should have been done ages ago! Swamped with work at the moment, and evenings have been short and rainy/weekends packed ;(!

Haven't actually got much left to do in fairness.

-Exhaust has arrived, just need to decide on centre or side exit. It's a megane scorpion upto the over axle part, its fits.
-Driveshafts need machined and sleeved
-Return line for fuel just needs plumbed in
-Finish wrapping the body work as well, its part grey and stripped! <this will take time but not crucial
-Some other racer geo related crap, box is too big so needed a mod on one subframe support.
-Check gear linkages are working in the relocated position, was always tight with the TL4 linkages, but no issues. I believe it was more because the cables on the TL4 have a sharp bend across, the ND0 linkages dont have the sharp bend.

Cost wise, way over budget which is no surprise. Exhaust is turning rather expensive.
