so just spoke to the garage today and the flexi joints have gone, not sure if its easier to buy a new manifold or get them to cut and weld new joints in hmmm

That's a bummer.... A clamp would have been a much easier fix!

I think either way the removal of the manifold is the labour-intensive part - it just depends on whether you want to stick with the original mani with new flexis, or go for a new one, i.e. Toyo or KTec. Or perhaps a second-hand one with mint flexis.

Yeah it's tough, a new manifold would be great but don't want the extra noise. And cutting in new flexis might be labour intensive. Will have to think
