i am i just cant wait to get it out there.. there is a few niggling bits which keep annoying me such as the exhaust keeps rattling but it keeps making me think i need a PMS exhaust

Buy your way out of 'trouble'......

Your style entirely  Take that as a compliment.

You going for it ?

maybe ill see what this year brings i do want to and it was one of my plans for a while it is an epic piece of kit i used to have one on my 172.. but FCS ill have a chat with Nick at PMS as i do want the aircon del kit and there thermostat.

i do have lots of bits in my nans garage i need to start to sort out from my 172 so when that is gone it might be cause for a celebration and a new exhaust lol

any who some whoring pics from last week as normal i tried my new snowfoam and it was awesome pulled the dirt right off

so just as @sevenfourate likes more progress this time by accident i was cleaning my car and thought ill see what my tow strap would look like i'm looking to get a different colour as the red is a bit in your face but i got the bar stuck and i had 2 options fit it and see what its like or remove it both options meant taking the bumper off but i thought ill leave it on then ill get a new one at the car shows and when the bumper comes off after fcs for the aircon del kit fit another one..

i have been looking at my rear disks for a while and thinking they look nasty and whilst i was doing the rounds checking it all i decided a little trip down my local motor factors to see if they had the right ones in and amazingly disks and pads for £160 i thought was a bargain so on they went.. however i was worried with the stud kit i had fitted but they came out no issues

i had to leave it a few hours for the locktite to set but all back together now and working great.. just some final checks over the weekend then its all ready for Mallory.

Nice mate, really good feeling when you know you've got squeaky clean fresh brakes. Good excuse to get out and have good blast in the car too in order to make sure they're bedded in for Mallory

I did take it for a quick drive and it felt OK but had to get it back and sort out the hand brake.. the cables where sticking all sorted now though (not that you need a handbrake for track) or shouldn't lol but it feels much better now

Also did a quick check of all the bolts for the cage.. there was a bit more nipping that I did around the bases I suppose the flex of the body made some more room for tightness

Hoses are here sadly no pics yet however i need to resist the urge to fit them on Sunday/Monday because i know what will happen something will break a day before the track day so over the weekend more track prep and service on the Mrs car pics to come.
