New design Brembo fitting pins -interest?

Hi there, intrested in a set of these, just out of matter of intrest, why are the pins tapered, is there a punch with a notch to remove these as the tapered point looked like it would make it tricky, all the pins I've ever had have been flat

Hi Cossers, the end was profiled like the standard Renault pins. Some local places do have punches that match these pins. It also reduces the chances of hitting and chipping the calliper when removing.

Thanks

Do you have any of these in stock ? just curious as to what these are made of - mainly just gauging if they will corrode.

The original post on page 1 says:

"They are priced at £41 for Clio197 members and £46 for non members for a set of 4 stainless pins".

So i presume not.......

Hi, I'm new here, having swapped my 370bhp remapped 335i touring for a nicely modded NA 200 in Glacier White and I'm totally loving it. I do miss surprising Porsches at the lights but come the corners it's back to the joy of driving like my old Elise (but obs fwd) with seats for the little one in the back

Anyway, few jobs to do and picked up a set of the beautifully made pins from Mr Pink. Very easy transaction and nicely packaged too! Probably be back later swearing having tried to remove the old ones having read about them on here....
