Hankook Evo 2

OK i'm in a predicament. I need the front tyres replacing but the rear are ok. The rear are Hankook V12 do I buy the same for the front so they all match?

In an ideal world, a full set of 4 matching would be great. Things aren't always so straightforward though! It's down to personal preference, however at a minimum I'd say as long as they match across the axle then you'd be ok?

You could always get a matching set of 4 and sell the 2 Hankooks to get some money back?

Good advice that!! Keep the hankooks put them on the rear when they die replace with whatever you got on the front.

Or if you were in more of a rush to get the full set of the contis/eagles, keep hankooks on the front and they will die off faster, the rears won't wear much and you will have an nearly new set when they die...

As Jimmy said, just keep the tyres the same across the axle.

Turns out I was wrong, the fronts that need replacement are Hankook V12 the rears are Uniroyals and are ok for now.

It pains me to have to do it but I've ordered x2 new Hankook Evo to replace the front, the rear will have to wait as I can't justify ditching good condition tyres because they don't match, and I didn't want to have 4 uniroyals lol. Bloody cars ....

Best course of action in that case then Jason. Definitely no point spending on new tyres if there's no need, not when you have a perfectly good pair already on there.
