Hi, I am in the same situation and I have the same worries. Maybe some guys that have gone trough this will share more informations.

The discs need to have 30mm at the inside holes (bearing inside hole). Some 225 have 25mm and some 30mm. R26 has only 30mm.

If you got the rstuner from someone else who used it on his car then you need to buy a new license for unlocking the VCI interface ( rstuner) only then you can upload the .cal file or do the upgrade to B600 version. Be advised that you can't use .cal files from another car or upgrade to B600...

Can you give some details about the filter dimensions like overall diameter, length, in and out diameter holes? Looks like a tight fit. Doesn't make noises when is vibrating or moving around from engine running?

I had the same error for knock sensor and it turned out that was fried ( completely broken) the car was running fine I couldn't tell it was something wrong. Installed a new one and the error was gone no improvement though. The engine was running as before.

Ohh, it seems that Henk played me a little.Did you pay for B600 basemap? I woud like to upgrade also and I'm curious what Henk will say as the first time he convinced me to keep B300. Anyway it would be interesting if you can perform a vs with a 197 stock to see if my story confirms :)

Henk told me that there is no need to update to B600 version because there is no performance gains using it over B300 basemap and plus it is very risky to update because battery drainage even with 10A charger conected is very possible. Why he sent you the update in this conditions and you think...

Could be that remap works better on your car. Mine, It was so many times when the car felt faster and every time failed to confirm on vs run. When you say updated basemap do you refer to ecu software version like B300 to B600 or the calibration file?

Interesting idea! My steering is very heavy opposite to my friends cars. The car feels like is 2 ton and is ok on open roads but in city when maneuvering most of the time i have to use both hands. Certainly doesn't feel like expensive steering most likely half job by Renault specialists.

Strange, I will contact Henk after new year to see what it saying. By the way you did some comparing runs, you have a reference mark? Is very common to feel after remap that the car is running smoother, revs nicer, sonds better or in fact after servicing, it' s kinda related to Placebo effect...

I have fastchip generic map on the car and it makes no difference over oem map. The car has itg panel, matched inlet, decat and sport exhaust. I also tried superchips and another tuner similar results, maybe superchips a bit better. All the maps where tested before/after against a 197 with...
