My other half has a 10 plate ST3, the reason I now have her 197. The focus is a better allrounder, better at motorway work, bigger, and better spec'd than the 197. It does drink the fuel, expect 25-28mpg. It's no where near as much fun as the Clio, more roll in the corners. Great engine...

I'm in Banbury. Just had the 197 serviced today!!! 36k service done, brake fluid & coolant change plus rear brakes cleaned as they were binding. Treated it to a polish when I got home.

Quick note to say Hi to everyone on the forum. I have just taken over ownership of the wife's 197. Always loved the car and it's much better than a 1.6 Megane!! The other half has just brought a Focus ST, as she does alot of motorway driving and needed something that's a better allrounder.
