That is why I put the Autoglym leather cleaner/protector on it. I have had a massive patch of the steering wheel top coating missing for about 12 months now, and as you can see, there is no crumbling? The wipes I use are very wet when I give it a quick wipe, and again no crumbling?

Its a kind of sticky residue, but I wouldn't say it was glue as such. A good leather cleaner removes it with a good scrub. I like it as it is matt finish when done.

glad im a bit older really. I am 34 years old and I pay exactly £401 for mine. With protected no claims and £200 excess. :) I do have 15 years no claims though :-/

Yes mate, sort of. The leather is still there just the really crappy thin top coat over it. It takes a while and unless I used the Autoglym leather cleaner, it left a wierd sticky whitish mess. It feels like a sort of alacantra feeling now and a lot more grippy.

I would love to but am in France the last week of July and the first part of August. Everything after that though (apart from while my wheels are being repainted black, and my H and R's are being fitted lol) and Im in for everything in the area. Dont have yours sprayed. I use the ones that sit over the top of the original so that I can replace anytime I want. Look awesome. on my diffuser pic. i also want gloss black mirrors, but they are a pig to find. There is a place on e-bay that do them for £22 each so may go down that route.

And a cheeky one of my new 200 diffuser on a 197 :-) no issues what so ever you do get more noise from the exhaust due to the resonating, but I like it

this is mid through and you can see its a little sticky still and you can see the shine from the rubbish leather still on, The second pictures is after I have wiped it down. it is matt now and feels really grippy. still a little more to get off but coming on really well
