    Our Intake

Just re-inforces what i have been thinking that the factory setup is best left alone! seems that the soundproofing valve allows an extra 40% air consumption and if ecu controlled surely this would mean fuelling and ignition optimised as such probably in parallel with the intake cam timing swing...

    Engine cams/valves

i think what the OP is asking is do the valve clearances need to be adjusted as part of the service schedule as per hona v-tech engines

Does fitting a Quaife diff make a difference?

thats alot of money! and unless you can honestly say your driving skills are such that you can get 100% out of your car not worth the outlay IMHO

    What size spacers are those?

    optimax or momentem 99

Always run momentum(just the old super 99 re-branded),the mpg will get better as the car gets more miles on it!especially if you do a 5k oil change

RS Clio 200 Gordini - Center Box Removed Vid - Pg.25

Found the stock brakes to be pretty good,do glaze up quick though when town driving meaning not very good initial bite but haven't faded at all at the 'Ring or bedford. Was running low 9mins being pretty conservative. friend of ours is a local and instructor done many thousand laps and he can do...

Air con, how necessary is it!?

If it a daily driver a/c is a must!use ours all the time and was a must have option for us no two ways about it,even all my rs(lightweight version) evos have had factory option a/c would never buy car without. in a normally aspirated small engined car every gram counts but still wouldn't go...

    New brake setup

You will find all racing brake fluids are dot4,dot 5.1 are long life fluids and less seceptable to moisture absorbtion than dot4,obviously this is beneficial for road cars but due to the regular changes for race cars the better mechanical properties of dot4 are preffered

    205!

Our 200 has come alive since changing the oil!felt even better after our trackday at bedford, was sceptical about it taking so long to loosen up fully but its about 8k now and has come good!car has had a hard life from day 1 but always warmed up properly and only super unleaded used only mod is...

    Brake Fluid Change

Can't go wrong with the old fashioned way if you know how to do it properly, cheap pressure bleed kits are more hassle than their worth never used a vacuum bleeder but sure it is better than ezi bleed
