Well i got down on my hands and knees and with my head under the recaro i found what MUST be the culprit! There's a cable, a bit like a bicycle brake cable that slides through the underside of the seat and connects to a sensor of some sort. Anyway, both the cable and sensor were hanging down...

Well I've yet to take her for another drive, but I looked under the driver's seat properly and it looks as though there's a sensor connected to a cable... kind of like a bicycle brake cable. Anyway, it was hanging loose from the underside of the seat and I guess I was hearing the cable sliding...

Any tips on removing the dashboard trim and centre console? I can feel some carbon wrapping coming on ;)

Its driving me nuts... Upon acceleration from stop and when braking hard or turning into a hard corner, I can hear what sounds like something rolling from side to side / front to back. Sounds like its coming from around the driver's seat/door area. Seats are recaros on an R27. All door...

Deadmau5 - agreed it looks better without the Clio badge! Nice exhaust tips... trim or exhaust system? I'm tempted... Had a Milltek on the TypeR and it was awesome.

Hi Darren, Yes, this is on my list of subtle mods... definitely will remove the Clio badge. Did the same on my Type R as there was no need for the word Civic! May change to LED side lights also... any advice? So what was included as standard on this model? And what does R27 stand for?!
