Big Bens non Clio

Update:
Managed to purchase a meg275 fuel rail which I’m having fitted next week. Feeds fuel from the centre of the rail rather than the end thus in theory helping to avoid fuel starvation to piston 1 on fast corners. Preventative measure really. But I also think it’s a cool mod regardless:grinning:

Having second thoughts about Spa trip in November (cost, time off, weather etc). Doing Donington end of October which may well be the last TD of the year. Will see

Thanks for looking

Saw it on facebook Ben.

I'm considering options for this too. You can modify a 172/182 rail and add a reg to the end as a ph1 rail.

I'd like to make up an alloy one at some point. Possibly mk3 meg is the better option.

Two Techs in Dartford are doing the work for me as they’ve already done it a few times for other people and it’s not particularly expensive. Will take pics and put them up

Met Terry at two techs a few months back, dropping my old engine off for another member.

Seemed nice enough.

Visited Two Techs in Dartford today.
Had Forge ancillary hose kit fitted and Meg275 fuel rail.
Fuel Rail needed the mounting points adjusted but was so close that they just elongated both holes and fixed with a washer. Had a result in that the Clio fuel line was plenty long enough to reach the centre feed. Just needed to remove the small o ring from the fuel regulator in the rail to stop it working as the Clio has a regulator in the tank I believe. Can always change this at a later date if higher pressure is required.

Next on the list is a set of brake cooling ducts @trackspec197
And possibly some RS side skirts @nick's :grinning:

Impulse buy!

A good condition 200 diffuser came up for sale on Facebook yesterday evening that was local to me. Did a deal and picked it up early this morning.
Managed to fit it up myself using the helpful how to guide.
Pleased with the outcome
