Weird issue

Hi folks
Recently my car started to have oil engine consumption .
8/10 on the stick( which i suppouse is 150-200ml) after 3 track days and 600km motorway(about 800 total ) ,or about 1500 km -+ on a regular driving.
And all that started to happen since i changed the oil from castrol edge to motul 8100 xcess .
Interesting what your thoughts about it..

If that matters so :
The car is usually sitting 1-3 week(s) between drive to drive .
The two oils ive mentioned are the same specs.

Sounds about what my car would use after 3 track days & such driving. Can't explain why it started after switching oils though.
