Fitting a 197 bumper on a Mark 3 TCE

The bumper looks strange somehow. Like the sides with the flared parts are tugged in way more than on a real RS. A wonder that it does fit.

Well done fella, I think what sometimes happens on forums is that the older ones don’t get what younger ones like in a car, ie forgot they were young once and had no taste either! (Joke)

I remember my first few cars, big mudflaps, stickers everywhere, anti sickness strips (google them) and a carb bought from kays club book (Big book that sold everything from bras to fishing rods before the internet) and I fookin loved it, dad thought I was a tit! Lol, fair play to you mate, I like what you did, your young and it’s your car, health to enjoy it and this is a great forum

Nothing much has changed apart from adding a little JDM touch to the car

What a great project this is. Love to see a 197 (or close enough!) in a different colour too. Think it looks really great in the dark blue.

Admire the efforts you've gone to here Jack. Hope you're enjoying driving it too. And if you want cheap performance gains, you could always strip it out!

Presume you're saving for a Meg engine conversion?

hey! thanks for the kind words !

its not a bad drive but constant issues, but i guess thats the french side of it! going for a dual exit exhaust in 2 days, bigger injectors then a remap, meg conversion would be to expensive! haha
