Not renault content, but look how fun it is live in Finland and love car cleaning / detailing. I am sure you understand now why i keep my Clio 197 in heated garage over wintertime..
In february we usually have some weeks for really cold weather like -20 or -35 celsius. Maybe then i drive clio, it is so cold they cannot salt roads. This time of year winterbeater is only way for me.

3 days after washing, i drove 50kilometres (30miles or so)

It's horrible stuff! On black/dark coloured cars, it just looks horrendous! Winter driving really is crap, although thankfully we don't get it quite as bad as you do Antti!

Nice studded tyres!

Yep, i got those cheap. Those are best which you can buy here. Almost 600euro for set list price.
When there is ice in road stud tyres are only way. Unfortunately 99% of Finnish people thinks this way, and thats why our roads are grooved, and like sandpaper. Not so much fun to drive in summertime. We also have friction type winter tyres (no studs), but most people think they will crash with studless tyres.

I hate the roads in the winter. An inch of snow in the UK and the roads come to a standstill as there are so many ill prepared crap drivers!

Btw. it is not so difficult to drive snow with good tyres..

Good video Antti :thumb:

I've just cleaned the Clio and the Porsche this morning.
I got the ultimate snow foam and foamed all under the car to get all the dirt and salt off.
Then pressure washed them both.

The Porsche is back in the garage with the dehumidifier on all day

Clio will stay clean until I get to work in the morning

Insert Northern Ireland.....not much snow, but plenty of gritting, rain and crappy roads just waiting with "glee" to dirty up your freshly washed/polished car...............but hey I enjoy the cleaning anyway (just as well)
:excited::jimmy:

Lot of salt also there..
What is your air tempeature if they salt so much? We have now -1celsius.

What's worse than black badges? An Arnold Clark number plate! C'mon mate get some clean plates on!

Ha ha true...

I was actually thinking of getting a custom reg plate anyway to get rid of the BJ bit at the end...

Or I just need to get more mature friends...
