Dale's Glacier White 200 cup

think they may be even heavier tbh..correct me if Iam wrong..

Yeah I've read conflicting info on here some saying lighter some saying heavier.

I might just take one out to weigh it as I'm curious as to whether there's any weight saving by having them.

Awesome Dale, very nice indeed. Better ask @Jimmy where he got his chavvy stickers for the seat bases (would also like to know myself :tongueout: )

So turns out there's different types of Recaros, some have height adjustment and some don't. The one's with height adjustment don't have the metal base, and mine have height adjustment so I can't put a cool sticker there :worried:

Mine have the height adjustment too, so the sticker has to go on the passenger side... Again, it's mostly lost on the people that tend to get in my car :weary:

I think you need to disown and find better friends/family who can fully appreciate your car :tearsofjoy:

I hadn't realised that was the case with the bases and not sure if my symmetry OCD could live with having a sticker on one side of the car. The GF hates the seats enough as they are, I'd rather not remind her what they are every time she gets in!

Yeah this is my problem too, I can't just stick a sticker on one side it has to be symmetrical!!!! :excited:

Or she could pay for a retrim at Edge!

They're ridiculously delicate huh?

I keep telling my girlfriend she has to pay for the passenger side of mine retrimming haha, she's the only person that gets in the passenger seat really and my side is fine - her side has a decent hole in now, I only noticed last week and wasn't happy!! I think it's time for a retrim and a new, more considerate girlfriend

I don't think she realised how delate the fabric actually is, but there's no chance she'll pay for it to be repaired so looks like I'll have to get saving :excited:

Can get the individual bolsters repaired for about £170 each side IIRC.

As of January 2017: (Prices might have changed)

£175 per bolster (Lower or Upper)
£285 for both

That's per seat, apparently it's the same price no matter how bad the bolsters are (within reason I assume) so it's probably just worth leaving it for a while and getting it done when it really starts to annoy you.

I've not a chance of my girlfriend contributing either mate so I'll have to start saving too!

Much to my dismay the girlfriend didn't heed my warning of how delicate the Recaros are and after just two weeks there is now a small hole on the passengers side!!

Looks like it's time to find a new girlfriend :tearsofjoy:

They never listen!

But bet its not her fault/and or she's really sorry now though...
